Poker as a mind sport
Everything on Gemmy — the journal, guides, tournament calendar, courses and tools — shares knowledge and experience of poker as a mind sport.
- Gemmy does not run gambling, take bets, buy, sell or cash out chips, or operate prize games.
- Gemmy does not encourage playing poker for money in any form. You are responsible for following the law where you live and where you play.
- Tournament schedules and details are for reference only. Confirm with the organiser before you enter. Gemmy does not organise these events unless stated.
- Nothing on Gemmy is financial or investment advice.
- The site is for people aged 18 and over.

Student accounts
- Use your real name and email when you sign up, and keep your password private.
- One account per person. Do not lend, share or resell your account.
- Gemmy may suspend accounts that break these terms, especially account sharing or redistributing course content.

Courses and payment
- Course and bundle prices are listed in VND on each page and may change. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order.
- Payment is by bank transfer using the VietQR code and the transfer note the system generates. Send the exact amount and note so the course unlocks automatically.
- Courses unlock for life on the purchasing account once Gemmy receives payment, unless the course page says otherwise.
- Access is a personal licence, not ownership. Do not download, screen-record, share or resell videos or materials.

Refunds
- Overpayments, duplicate or mistaken transfers are refunded after reconciliation, usually within 7 business days.
- Courses that have been unlocked are not refundable, because the digital content is delivered immediately.
- If a technical fault on Gemmy’s side stops you from studying and is not fixed within 7 days of your report, you get a full refund for that course.
- Send refund requests to the email at the bottom of this page, with your account email and transfer code.

Poker tools
The Push/Fold, Equity, ICM and Bankroll calculators rely on mathematical models and simplifying assumptions. Results are for reference and practice only and guarantee nothing at the table.

Comments and community rules
Comments are reviewed before publishing. Gemmy will not publish, or will remove, comments that:
- Advertise or invite people to real-money poker, betting, chip sales or private groups.
- Insult, harass or discriminate, or expose someone else’s personal information.
- Are spam, contain suspicious links, or break the law or copyright.

Copyright
Articles, images, videos, courses and design on Gemmy belong to Gemmy Tuệ An or licensed partners. Short quotes with a link back to the original are fine; any other copying needs permission first.

Third-party content and links
Gemmy embeds Facebook and YouTube videos and links to other websites. Gemmy does not control and is not responsible for their content or policies.

Limitation of liability
Gemmy works to keep information accurate and the site running, but cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Gemmy is not liable for losses arising from relying on content or tools on the site.

Changes and governing law
Gemmy may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved by negotiation first.
